Perfect coffee place for stylish photos

Mother Roaster

In this area known as 'Talad Noi', is a this 40 year-old-house that was originally used to store car and boat engine parts. Until the end of 2019 when Ms. Pim transformed the upper floor into her own coffee shop. This turned the old workspace into Mother Roaster, one of the funkiest coffee shop in Talad Noi. 

To enter you pass along a small corridor on the ground floor, then climb up a narrow staircase to a beautiful pot of plants that sways elegantly in the breeze. The interior deign is filled with, objects such as bakelite telephones, old desks and chairs, potted plants, and some contemporary furniture to help modernize the space.

The scent of coffee fills the air, roasted, brewed and served with passion. Mother Roaster's wide-ranging menu - from savory stews to cakes to accompany coffee.

Since the location is has it's distinct taste in style, it is highly relies on the sunlight the brighten up the place, therefore, the cafe itself makes an amazing photograph.  Using the windows that allow the light to shine through as a guide to give me ideas to wear I should angle my camera, and of course, snap away and see what happens. 

As with many other places, I had tried to experiment with different brightness and angles, and changing the focus point, as a result of trial and error on the spot.  The way to guaranteed a few quality shots is to make sure that I am taking a large amount of photos to be able to choose the best one afterwards.  At the end, it is always better to have options to choose from. 

We made sure to take turn taking pictures of each other at the entrance of the coffee place. 

The vintage looking style painting on the background and the blazing sun, will help create an attention hooking photo.
